Albert has recently joined LCM as Managing Director. LCM’s global market is rapidly changing, creating interesting opportunities for setting up a European supply base for rare earth magnets and special metals. Albert has extensive knowledge of the rare earth industry and supply chain management which will help LCM to build a European supply chain for rare earth permanent magnets.
Mark graduated from Leeds University with a BA Hons Degree in Fine Art. After working for several respectable graphic design firms. Mark took a promotion and progressed into Contracts Management through the Architectural Glazing arm of this business. After a ten-year period of development, he moved over to a Senior Technical/ Commercial role within Tata Steel and spent a further ten years specializing in the Steel Industry. He joined LCM in 2017 bringing a wealth of expansive industry knowledge and experience.
Ruth joined LCM in 2020 after working with us as an external consultant to develop our ISO 14001 compliant environmental management system. She has over 20 years’ public and private sector experience in the environmental, quality and waste management sectors. Apart from LCM’s ISO9001 and ISO14001 accreditations, Ruth is responsible for management of the laboratory, REACH and COSHH compliance, waste management, environmental permitting, and the responsible sourcing of our raw materials. She has also recently completed a PhD at the University of Liverpool.
Bridget has been with LCM since 2013 and has over 30 years of experience as a Senior Finance Manager, with various manufacturing companies including those overseas. As a strong finance professional Bridget has traveled extensively with work and is skilled in Cash Flow, Budgeting, Business Planning, Internal Audit, and HR. Bridget holds a Professional AAT Accountant status (FMAAT).
Aaron joined LCM in 2011 and he has 17 years of experience as a product and operations manager with various companies. Aaron has achieved a Masters in Engineering (MEng), Mechanical and Manufacturing from Durham University.
Steve joined LCM in 2013 and is primarily involved with Health and Safety at Work Development Programmes, and lean manufacturing, including five S, SMED, Kaban, and ongoing Kaizen. Steve also has FMCG experience and is a key point of contact in the workplace for health and safety inquiries.
